Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love to bake. Actually, that's not true. I love to eat baked goods. Therefore, I bake. Especially on rainy days like today. Chocolate chip cookies are one of my absolute favorites so when I saw this recipe entitled "Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies" I had to try it. Honestly, I think any chocolate chip cookie is perfect but these are definitely the best I've had. Here is the recipe from America's Test Kitchen. You may have to register but its quick and free.
